14-Day Returns Policy (Prints)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us that you wish to return a print.

Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, prints must:

Be returned unused, unmarked, and in their original condition

Be returned in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).

Not be damaged, altered, or framed after purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Custom, made-to-order, or limited editions clearly marked as non-returnable

Prints that have been signed, customised, or produced specifically for the buyer

Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Return Process
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with:

The reason for return

We will provide return instructions once the request is approved.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds
Once the returned print is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Prints
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
