Join ILĀ and Him Gone Ape (Imogen Heap) for an evening of exploring film, technology, and performance.
The night begins with a live improvisation by ILĀ and Him Gone Ape, followed by a double screening of ILĀ's films Daffodil and her most recent film Murmur featuring humanoid robot artist Ai-Da. This will lead into conversation and audience Q&A with Imogen Heap, ILĀ, and Ai-Da creator Aidan Mellor.

Step inside a rare and intimate open recording session with ILĀ, legendary producer Guy Sigsworth, and yangqin virtuoso Mantawoman on the 16th of July.
Blending celesta, traditional Chinese hammered dulcimer, and experimental contemporary sound, the three artists will improvise and co-create new music live. Offering a unique glimpse into the creative process, this special evening celebrates collaboration, spontaneity, and sonic exploration.

ILĀ presents a live solo vocal and electronic performance alongside a special DJ set from Bimini and ABSOLUTE. at STANDALONE Gallery on 31st July.
For the closing event of the COHERE residency, ILĀ performance moves from the intimacy of a singular voice into an expansive field of live electronics and quantum synthesisers, drawing on ideas of collapse, entanglement, and the un/reality of the world as we know it. The evening will close with a special back-to-back set from Bimini and ABSOLUTE.
Arrive early to view works by AMIANGELIKA, Rovaneche, Jivomir Domoustchiev, and ILĀ as part of the COHERE exhibition.
